    Nice Wisconsin based highlights, but the best play of the game in my opinion was Stocco’s pass to Williams out of the end zone on third and long. Stocco was really slammed on the play. That led to an 8 minute game ending 99 yard (actually 104 counting a 5 yard penalty) drive to end the game with Stocco taking a knee at the Auburn 1.

    SEC is the best in football because SEC schools oversign recruits each year and then ditch kids from prior classes who haven’t succeeded.

    Bhahaha. Badgers crushed Auburn….and my dog could graduate with honors from Auburn…or any SEC school….just crap academics…go to a good school and get a good job and make money…or go to an SEC school and watch football.

    Also getting back to purely what happens on the field and not taking into account academics and such. The Big 10 is 12-13 since 2000 in Bowl games against the SEC. I didn’t know that one game over .500 in a 9 year span is domination and ownage.
    *Note* these are bowl games from the 2000 season on. Not the 1999 season and then 2000 bowl games but 2000 season and then the bowl games.

    This should read, “First lets face facts. In the BCS schools, student athletes are not held to the same standards as regular STUDENTS, regardless of conference.”

    That’s just the truth of the matter. But I believe that even with student athletes having lowered standards that the academic requirements for the Big Ten are higher than that of the SEC. This isn’t to say there are not incredibly intelligent players on SEC football teams but to point out that because their academic standards tend to be lower than Big Ten schools they get a boost in recruiting. Also its warm down south and lets face it most of those guys don’t want to play in the cold.

    Now even after posting all of this I have to say that the idea of a “Best” University is subjective and is based on the enrolling students needs and comforts. But that’s not the point of the argument. The point was that Big Ten student athletes are held to a high standard then the SEC. First lets face facts. In the BCS schools student athletes are not held to the same standards as regular athletes, regardless of conference.

    After searching for an hour I was unable to find a ranking of the best architecture schools. The closest I could find was the ‘US News & World Report’ of top engineering schools, of which I could only view the top 10.(Viewing all 100 required getting the premium addition) In the top 10 were 3 Big Ten Schools – Illinois, Michigan, and Purdue. No SEC schools in the top ten. GA Tech was ranked 5th, higher than any of the Big Ten Schools.

    Top Law Schools as ranked by Top-Law-Schools . com:
    In the top 30 the SEC has 2, the ACC 4, and the Big Ten has 6.
    SEC: Vanderbilt #17 and Alabama #30 (Tied)
    ACC: Duke & Virgina: tied at #10, Boston College tied at #26, UNC tied at #30
    Big Ten: Michigan #9, Northwestern tied at #10, Minnesota tied at 20, Indiana and Illinois tied at 23, and Iowa tied at 26.

    I’m going to help your argument out here with some references with those facts you have.
    Top Public Universities as rated by ‘US News & World Report’ rates Florida the #15 top public University, well behind Big Ten Schools such as Michigan(#4) Illinois & Wisconsin (Tied:#9) ACC schools show well in the ranking Virgina (Tied: #2) and Georgia Tech (Tied: #7). The next closest SEC school comes in at #21 in Georgia.
    These ranking can be found by searching Google for ‘Best Public Universities’

    ok first of all, nobody that plays major college football goes to class, everybody knows that….and secondly, this is EXACTLY what im talkin about, the big 10 is a joke, such a joke that you have to come after SEC academics to try and validate yourself, sad…but thank you, for lettin me manipulate you into proving my point, hmmm…..maybe the south isnt that stupid huh……gosh darnit yall…hooottt nannnny…need me a charr uh tobaccyy…..idiots

    That is a joke. Average act score to get in is like 23 and 73% of those who apply get in…which means you gotta be pretty stupid to get rejected.

    i laughed when LSU came to my highschool and their min. gpa was 3.7 and a act of 29. i’m sure all of nick sabans and les miles boys were scholar athletes

    yea, ok…because alabama doesnt have one of the best law schools, lsu and auburn arent 2 of the best places for architecture, ole miss hasnt produced 25 rhode scholars, florida wasnt just voted the 15th best university in america, the university of kentucky doest have top 20 programs in app. 15 different fields……so yea……you must have the world’s smartest dog……with the world’s dumbest owner…..douche

    typical… every other year i’ll admit, the SEC was better, but the year that Wisco raped Auburn, and OSU and PSU won their BCS games, the Big 10 was the best. Hands down.
