how does that not make sense. If you make Rondo switch teams with Chris Paul, do you honestly think Rondo could get the same numbers as he’s getting now with the Celtics? Chris Paul has ultimately no one except maybe David West and he still gets stellar numbers. Rondo gets a lot of assists but take away Allen, Garnett, and Pierce. Rondo would be just an average point guard. The Celtics are an amazing team but Rondo is not a top point guard imo.

rondo does not have a mid-range shot. thats why he is not better than paul. Paul is actually a true point gaurd. I wouldnt consider rondo a true point gaurd. If they swapped teams, you would really see whos better.

it does make sense. If you put chris paul on the celtics they will be even more unstoppable. Put Rondo on the hornets and that team will go down.

teams can game plan more against paul. You cant focus too much on Rondo cause of the big 3. This allows rondo to get more easier baskets. Even with that said, paul is still more productive and is a better point gaurd.

do u not notice in this video rondo was doing it himself he doesnt need a fuckin jumper he can finish in the paint? but did u see how he was hitting jumpers in this game he still shines even with pp kg an ray ray there ? paul only looks good because there are shitty players on his team i bet if ray ray kg and pp was on his team he wouldnt have a jumper

Chris Paul is a better PG then Rondo. Don’t get me wrong Rondo has game but he doesn’t compare to CP3. Rondo is good because of the Big 3. Paul has no one but D West. Put CP3 on the Celtics. He might have 20ppg but he’ll deff avg. around 16 Nd his assist numbers will out the roof. Plus CP3 has a better jump shot, better court vision, he’s just a better pg. Rondo has more length which makes him a better defender. Sorry rondo fans, he will never be better than CP3..
