University School wide receiver Nick Kutcher also broke a state record with 14 receptions in the game. The two teams set a state record for points scored in a game with 111 as University School fell 56-55 to Trinity Catholic in the triple over time thriller. Titus Ivory’s return from a sprained ankle sparked Penn State to a 98-95 overtime upset over the 6th ranked Illini. Along with Ivory’s game-high 27 pts, Penn State received strong efforts from Gyasi Cline Heard 19 pts 10 reb, Jon Crispin 18 pts, Joe Crispin 16 pts, Tyler Smith 8 pts, and Marcus Banta 7 pts in their 3rd win over a ranked team during the 2000-01 season.
