IT would’ve been cooler if he ended up with a canadian team because in the US, half of the cities there don’t even have 13000 people in the stands and Gary Bettman keeps putting hockey teams in the US. Maybe it’s time that he thinks to add some teams in Canada where more people watch hockey and where all the time the stands are full. Plus, he’ll make more money. So it’s really sad to see Stamkos in a city where it’s always hot instead of cold!

Ummm, with the worst team in the NHL, Tampa Bay outdrew Vancouver, Minnesota, all three NYC area teams, Pittsburgh, Edmonton, Chicago, and Boston, among others… they were 8th in the league in attendance.

stamkos is an amazing player, i had the lucky opportunity to see him play in the 2007 Canada Games, and boy, was he good! (by the way his team won gold in hockey)
