Hitting, Pitching motions in this game are crap. It is unrealistic, and the sounds, graphics, batting stances, ffielding is just bad. The only improvement they made, is the Stadium sounds, and crowds. MLB 10 The Show FTW

mlb the show in playstation is a lot more better than 2k baseball. 2k is only good at nba 2k10.
One of the most irritating things about this game is the fielding or lackthereof. Even routine plays are made w/ some ridiculous acrobatic move. Far, far too many errors are made on the simplest of plays. Outfielders just drop fly balls. First baseman drop throws from infielders. Yet, every outfielder makes the most spectacular catches (at least 4 or 5 times a game). If I wanted to play game w/ serious concerns about the ability of the players, I’d play a game based on Little League.
Graphics are incredible, almost thought i was watching a real game. The series has not been that great at all since 2k5, but this looks very good. Nice video.
Quite possibly the WORST baseball game I’ve played since Colecovision. Just finished playing a game, where the last 5 outs I made were all phenomenal over-the-head-back-to-the-plate catches by the centerfielder. One of the catches was that Jim Edmonds Superman dive heading into the fence. What a joke. The controls are the worst. Impossible to run the bases correctly, and fielding is a hot mess.
