One of those quarterbacks is Cooper Bateman from right outside Salt Lake City, who becomes the focal point of recruiting for three of the cornerstone schools in the SEC: Florida, Alabama and Auburn. Then there’s JT Barrett, the country’s top dual-threat quarterback from the Lonestar State. Baylor wants to keep him in Texas, but because their offensive systems fit Barrett’s profile better, it’ll likely come down to Ohio State and Nebraska.
