At the University of Arizona football game on Nov. 3, local firefighter Kenneth Upton of Tucson, Ariz. attempted to complete a pass during halftime to win $100000 and Alltel Wireless service for 20000 Wildcat fans at the game. Upton was the grand prize winner in the Alltel “My Circle 1st &10″ sweepstakes at the University of Arizona. He and his ‘circle’ of 10 friends won $10000 to share, and everyone in the stadium received a $50 credit towards the purchase of a new Alltel Wireless line of service.
